I designed each custom GPT in this toolkit with the same rigor and attention to detail that I apply to professional UX research and product design. Every agent was crafted with a clear purpose, grounded in industry-standard methods such as heuristic evaluation, affinity mapping, IA modelling, and journey-based thinking. My goal was to replicate the precision of real UX workflows while improving speed, consistency, and clarity. To achieve this, I structured each GPT with defined rules, validated frameworks, and systematic logic that aligns with best practices used across leading design teams.
Throughout the development process, I iterated on prompts, tested edge cases, and refined output formats to ensure each tool delivered reliable, repeatable, and human-centered results. This included calibrating tone, accuracy, terminology, and formatting so the agents could seamlessly support research synthesis, auditing, IA generation, interaction design, and product strategy. I treated each GPT as a design artefact—prototyping, testing, refining, and validating until the tool produced high-quality insights that matched professional expectations.
